V2 WAS TRAVELING SLOWLY DUE TO PULLING ONTO THE ROADWAY IN THE OUTSIDE LANE EAST BOUND IN THE AREA OF 4212 US HWY 65 SOUTH. V1 CHANGED LANES TRAVELING EAST BOUND ON US HWY 65 SOUTH FROM THE INSIDE LANE TO THE OUTSIDE LANE AT A GREATER SPEED AND STRUCK THE REAR OF V2. (DRIVER OF V1 WAS TAKEN TO JRMC WHERE HE SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES.)
