V-1 AND V-2 WERE BOTH TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON I-430. V-1 MADE AN IMPROPER LANE CHANGE STRIKING V-2. V-2 LOST CONTROL RAN OFF THE ROADWAY ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND OVERTURNED.
