V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 141 ATTEMPTING TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE. THE MOTORCYCLE RAN OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY STRIKING A DRIVEWAY CULVERT. THE DRIVER OF V1 WENT AIRBORNE STRIKING A LIGHT POLE.
