THE PEDESTRIAN WAS IN THE WEST BOUND OUTSIDE LANE OF GRAND AVE TRAVELING WEST AT THE INTERSECTION OF N F ST ON HIS BICYCLE. VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON GRAND AVE IN THE OUTSIDE LANE IN THE 1500 BLOCK. V1 STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN AND LEFT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT. THE VICTIM SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES.
