VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON STATE HWY 109 APPROACHING WALMART DISTRIBUTION CENTER. VEHICLE 2 PULLED OUT OF WALMART DISTRIBUTION CENTER DIRECTLY IN THE PATH OF V-1. V-1 STRUCK V-2'S TRAILER AND TRAILER AXLE. V-1 CAME TO REST IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANE FACING EAST.
