V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH BOUND ON WILDCAT LN (POINSETT COUNTY). DRIVER OF V1 FAILED TO STOP OR YIELD AT THE INTERSECTION OF WILDCAT LN AND CR 652. V1 CONTINUED THROUGH THE INTERSECTION STRIKING THE DITCH ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CR 652 WHERE IT CAME TO REST.
