V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 135 IN RIVERVALE WHEN V-1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND RAN OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. V-1 STRUCK TWO GUIDE WIRES FROM A UTILITY POLE. V-1 THEN STRUCK A TREE WITH THE DRIVER'S SIDE OF V-1.
