V2 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON THE EASTBOUND SIDE. V1 WAS STRUCK HEAD ON BY THE FRONT OF V2. THE FORCE OF THE IMPACT CAUSED V1 TO ROTATE CLOCKWISE AND TURN ONTO ITS DRIVER'S SIDE. V2 ROTATED CLOCKWISE AND CAME TO A FINAL REST FACING NORTH.
