Initial Narrative:
V-1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I-540, TRAVELING IN THE LEFT HAND LANE OF TRAFFIC WHEN IT BEGAN TO RUN OFF THE ROADWAY. THE DRIVER THEN OVERCORRECTED RESULTING IN THE VEHICLE OVERTURNING AND STRIKING A CONCRETE BRIDGE PILLAR. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.
