V=1 WAS EXITING I-40 ONTO N WASHINGTON. V-1 STRUCK SOME GRAVEL IN THE ROADWAY AND THEN HIT A CURB. THE DRIVER OF V-1 LOST CONTROL AND WAS THROWN FROM THE MC. VICTIM DIED ON 10/8/12.
