V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HWY 131. V1 CROSSED THE SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC LANE AND ENTERED THE WEST ROAD DITCH STRUCK A CULVERT AND OVERTURNED. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED FROM V1 AND WAS PRONOUNCED ON SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER MARTIN.
