V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HWY 71 NORTH OF EXIT 88. V1 WAS NEGOTIATING A LEFT-HAND CURVE AND TRAVELED OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND STRUCK A BRIDGE SUPPORT UNDER NORTHEAST J STREET. V1 SPUN AROUND AND OVERTURNED AND CAME TO REST ON ITS TOP.
