V1 WAS S/B ON US 65 WHEN THE OPERATOR LOST CONTROL RAN OFF THE ROADWAY AND HIT A CULVERT. V-1 THEN ROLLED INTO AND CROSSED PARKING LOT AT 3910 HWY 65. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED.
