V-1 DRIVER CROSSED THE DOUBLE YELLOW LINES AND BOTH EASTBOUND LANES OF TRAFFIC AND THEN STRUCK A CONCRETE BOX IN THE PARKING LOT AT 5003 ASHER AVENUE. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE UAMS HOSPITAL.
