VEHICLE WAS WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 22 EAST OF NEW BLAINE. V-1 LEFT THE ROADWAY STRUCK A CULVERT WENT AIRBORNE AND STRUCK A DITCH. VEHICLE OVERTURNED ONTO THE ROOF AND CAME TO REST IN THE SOUTH DITCH.
