V-1 WAS STOPPED AT THE TRAFFIC LIGHT ON DIVISION ST AT BYRUM RD. V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON DIVISION. DRIVER OF V-2 FAILED TO STOP AND STRUCK V-1 FROM BEHIND. MR JONES DIED AT 12PM ON THE 18TH.
