V-1 WAS EASTBOUND ON I-40 NEAR THE FRANKLIN/JOHNSON COUNTY LINE ON THE BRIDGE WHEN THE VEHICLE STRUCK THE GUARDRAIL. THE VEHICLE RODE THE GUARDRAIL TO THE END HIT THE CREEK BANK AND OVERTURNED.
