V1 WAS WEST ON HIGHWAY 62 WHEN DRIVER FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY WENT INTO A DITCH AND STRUCK A POLE. DRIVER WAS AIRLIFTED AND WAS PRONOUNCED AT 7:42 AM ON 05/22/09.
