V1 RAN THE STOP SIGN AT STATE HWY 12. V1 STRUCK V2 ON THE PASSENGER SIDE CAUSING BOTH VEHICLES TO ROLL. PASSENGER IN V-2 "HEATH" WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT 3:03PM ON 02/23/09 NOK WAS NOTIFIED BY HOSPITAL PERSONNEL.
