V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON HWY 10. V1 LEFT THE HIGHWAY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD AND STRUCK SEVERAL TREES. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED. V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST IN THE NORTH DITCH LINE FACING NORTHEAST. HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE BY YELL COUNTY DEPUTY CORONER DONNA WELLS.
