V1 WAS TRAVELING ON SH44 EASTBOUND WHEN FAILING TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE. V1 RAN OFF THE WESTBOUND SHOULDER AND OVERCORRECTED CROSSING THE EASTBOUND LANES AND DOWN THE EMBANKMENT. MR. JEFFERSON WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON SCENE BY CORONER ERNEST LARRY.
