MR. MOORE WAS RIDING A BICYCLE ON U.S. 425 JUST SOUTH OF POINTER RD. WHEN HE WAS STRUCK BY AN UNKNOWN MAKE OR MODEL SILVER SUV DRIVEN BY AN UNKNOWN BLACK MALE. WITNESSES STATED THE VEHICLE STOPPED AND A BLACK MALE EXITED, THEN GOT BACK IN THE VEHICLE AND LEFT THE SCENE TRAVELING NORTH ON U.S. 425.
