V-1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I-430, TOOK THE COLONEL GLENN EXIT. DRIVER LOST CONTROL, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO SLIDE SIDEWAYS STRIKING A TREE, AND OVERTURNING ON THE RIGHT SIDE PARTIALLY EJECTING THE PASSENGER.
