KLECK WAS WALKING IN THE WEST BOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC ON STATE HWY 22 WAS STRUCK BY VEHICLE DRIVEN BY BRODY L SMITH DOB/03/31/1982 OF 10127 SOUTH RATCLIFF ARK WHO WAS NOT INJURED. KLECK BODY WAS THROWN INTO THE DITCH ON THE NORTH SIDE OF HIGHWAY, SUBJECT DIED AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT.
