V-1 WAS WESTBOUND ON SANDHILL ROAD, IT APPEARED TO HAVE LOST CONTROL WENT OFF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A TREE. THE VEHICLE THEN CAUGHT FIRE AND BURNED. BOTH SUBJECTS BURNED.
