VEHICLE 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON CO RD 67 AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. VEH 1 PASSED ANOTHER VEHICLE AND LOST CONTROL IN A CURVE BEFORE THE MILL CREEK BRIDGE. VEHICLE STRUCK THE NORTH SIDE GUARD RAIL ON THE BRIDGE AND THE VICTIM WAS EJECTED.
