THE DRIVER WAS ATTEMPTING TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE, WHEN THE VEHICLE LEFT THE SIDE OF ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED, IT THEN STRUCK A UTILITY POLE. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT.
