V1 WAS SOUTH ON US HIGHWAY 64 WITH THE DUMP BED IN THE RAISED POSITION. THE UPPER PORTION OF THE DUMP BED STRUCK THE OUTER METAL GIRDER ON THE I-40 WB BRIDGE. V1 OVERTURNED.
