V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 25. V1 CROSSED THE SOUTHBOUND FOG LINE AND RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. V1 TRAVELED THROUGH THE SOUTHBOUND DITCH AND STRUCK A CULVERT CAUSING V1 TO FLIP.
