V2 WAS NORTHBOUND ON STATE HWY 149 NEAR DIXIE ROAD. V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HWY 149. V1 VEERED ACROSS THE CENTER LINE INTO THE NORTHBOUND LANE. V1 AND V2 MET HEAD ON. THE COLLISION CAUSED BOTH VEHICLES TO IGNITE AND BECOME ENGULFED.
