P1 WAS IN THE ROADWAY AS V1 CRESTED THE HILL. V1 SWERVED TO THE RIGHT TO AVOID P1 AND DROVE INTO THE DITCH. P1 RAN INTO THE ROAD DITCH AND WAS STRUCK BY V1. P1 SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES ON JULY 20TH AT UAMS.
