V-1 WAS NEGOTIATING A CURVE AND LOST CONTROL. V-1 THEN OVER CORRECTED AND THE VEHICLE LEFT THE RDWY, OVER TURNING SEVERAL TIMES, THEN STRUCK A TREE. THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.
