V1 EXITED SPRINGER BLVD NEAR THE BRIDGE OVER FOURCHE CREEK. V1 STRUCK A CONCRETE SUPPORT ON THE GUARDRAIL AND LANDED IN THE CREEK. WATER RESCUE PULLED THE DRIVER OUT AND WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE.
