MICHAEL MENA WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON MIDLAND BLVD / HWY 71 IN THE OUTSIDE LANE. PATHRO BLACK ATTEMPTED TO CROSS THE ROADWAY OUTSIDE A CROSSWALK AND WAS STRUCK BY MENA'S VEHICLE. BLACK WAS DECEASED AT THE SCENE.
