V1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON HIGHWAY 64 WHEN ITS OPERATOR FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE AND LEFT THE ROADWAY. MR. WILLFOND WAS TRANSPORTED TO UAMS IN LITTLE ROCK WHERE HE LATER SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES.
