V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HWY 178. V1 CAME INTO A LEFT HAND CURVE AND VEERED OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. V1 STRUCK A ROCK EMBANKMENT AND CAME TO FINAL REST IN THE NORTHBOUND DITCH.
