Initial Narrative:
V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON SH 12. WHILE DRIVER OF V1 WAS NEGOTIATING A CURVE TO THE LEFT V1 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. THE FRONT OF V1 STRUCK A HILLSIDE EMBANKMENT. AFTER IMPACT V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST ON THE SOUTHSIDE OF SH 12 ON ITS LEFT SIDE FACING THE NORTHWEST DIRECTION AND WAS NOT BLOCKING THE ROADWAY.
