V1 WAS NORTH ON CAMDEN ROAD (HIGHWAY 79) INSIDE CITY LIMITS OF PINE BLUFF. PEDESTRIAN WAS WALKING IN THE NORTH BOUND LANE WHEN V1 STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN. DRIVER OF V1 WAS NOT INJURED. DRIVER IS HARRY J. CULBREATH, DOB 05/31/64 OF 6401 FARM LANE, PINE BLUFF. DRIVER WAS WEARING HIS SEATBELT.
