SUBJECT PASSED AWAY ON 12/22/07 AT 2:30PM AT THE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER IN MEMPHIS. THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER OF V1 WERE NOT INJURED AND SEAT BELTS WERE USED: DRIVER SANDRA SKAGGS FEMALE 08/31/1954, 2901 MINOR DRIVE, NEWPORT, AND PASSENGER PATRICIA DAVIS FEMALE 11/15/1951, 2105 ESTER CR NEWPORT.
