V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON S.H. 25 WHEN IT STRUCK SOUTHBOUND V-2'S TRAILER. BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER OF V-1 WERE PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE. OCCUPANTS IN V-2 WERE NOT INJURED, EARNEST THORN(DRIVER),8/25/69, 297 E. SULLINS ST., GRUBBS, AR, AND DICKIE JAMES (PASSENGER), 6/22/66, 607 PERSHING, HARRISBURG, AR. IT IS UNKNOWN IF THEY WERE WEARING SEATBELTS.
