V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON U.S. HWY 79. V2 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON U.S. HWY 79 APPROACHING V1'S LOCATION. V1 ENTERED THE NORTHBOUND LANE IN AN ATTEMPT TO PASS A TRACTOR TRAILER. V1 THEN STRUCK V2 HEAD ON NEAR THE CENTER OF THE NORTHBOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC.
