V1 AN OFFICIAL AR-DOT VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING IN AN ESTABLISHED AR-DOT WORK ZONE P1 WAS STANDING ON THE REAR BUMPER OF THE AR-DOT WORK TRUCK PICKING UP TRAFFIC CONES. P1 FELL FROM THE MOVING TRUCK AND WAS STRUCK BY THE AR-DOT WORK TRUCK.
