V1 PASSED A UPS TRUCK WHILE COMING DOWN THE HILL IN A CURVE AND LOST CONTROL MAKING IMPACT WITH A STREET SIGN. THE VEHICKE THEN OVERTURNED AND CAME TO REST IN THE DITCH. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON 12/09/2012.
