P1 WAS WALKING SOUTHBOUND ALONG SIDE US HWY 62-65 WITH A CANINE. THE CANINE RAN ACROSS THE ROAD AND P1 RAN AFTER CANINE. V1 THEN STRUCK P1 WITH FRONT END. V2 STRUCK P1 AND CONTINUED NORTHBOUND V2 DID NOT STOP.
