THE VICTIM (MORRIS) WAS STANDING IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE OF HWY 71 WHEN HE WAS STRUCK BY V-1. THE VICTIM WAS KNOCKED INTO THE EASTSIDE DITCH. THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS LAWRENCE KEPHART, DOB-07/03/1952 ALSO FROM WALDRON, WAS NOT INJURED.
