ROAD GRADER WAS WB HWY 247 AND COLLIDED WITH PEDESTRIAN WALKING IN WB LANE. BOTH THE DRIVER AND PEDESTRIAN WERE WORKING ON A ROAD CONSTRUCTION JOB. OJEDA WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD BY CORONER DOUG HOTTINGER THE DRIVER OF GRADER WAS S. RAY TINER JR. DOB/7-7-1964 OF 35 RAINEY RD. GREENBRIER. HE WAS NOT INJURED
