Initial Narrative:
PEDESTRIAN HAD STOPPED HIS VEHICLE IN THE OUTSIDE LANE OF I-49 SOUTH TO HELP WITH A COLLISION THAT OCCURRED IN FRONT OF HIM. PEDESTRIAN WAS STRUCK BY V-1 IN THE OUTSIDE LANE. FOG WAS DENSE AT THAT TIME.
