V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 165 NORTH OF PORTLAND. V1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE INTO THE SOUTHBOUND LANE AND WENT INTO THE DITCH AND STRUCK A TREE. V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST FACING NORTHWEST. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY CORONER SKYLER KING
