V-1 WAS WESTBOUND ON ELLIOTT RD AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. V-1 RAN OFF THE RIGHT SHOULDER OF THE ROAD. DRIVER OVERCORRECTED AND LOST CONTROL. V-1 WENT ACROSS BOTH LANES, SLID SIDEWAYS, WENT OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE RD, STRUCK A DITCH EMBANKMENT AND FLIPPED END OVER END. V-1 CAME TO REST ON ITS ROOF. VICTIM WAS EJECTED.
