V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH BOUND ON HWY 165 AND LOST CONTROL SLIDDING INTO THE DITCH. V1 OVER TURNED AND LANDED ON THE TOP EJECTING DRIVER. MR. THOMAS WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON SCENE BY ASHLEY COUNTY CORONER. NOT--INJURED, EVAN EDWARDS, PASSENGER.
